Helloooooooo again! It’s been a while since I’ve done an unboxing and I’m not going to lie – I think I have an issue with posting these on time. I mean, it’s clearly not January anymore and I still haven’t shown you what I got from my monthly beauty boxes in the beginning of the year. I think it’s just something I’m going to have to accept and live with.
Without any further delays – here’s what I got in my January Glossybox!
A veggyful moisturiser, a funky eyeshadow, an oh so yummily smelling cleanser, a face-mask-I-haven’t-used-yet-but-will-do-really-soon and a face brush to get your face squeaky clean.
Nip + Fab Kale Fix Moisturiser RRP £19.95. This is technically the only sample sized products in this box and even so it’s going to last me a while. In fact, I’ve realised I have enough moisturisers to last me for quite a while now, I think. This one smells fresh and reminds of summer when all you want to eat is fresh salads with cucumber in it. That’s a thing, right? Anyway, I honestly haven’t used it enough yet to say whether I’m going to buy a full bottle of it, but thumbs up for making me feel all summery. Oh, I forgot to say that its ingredients include kale, watercress and almond oil. Pretty yummy. You can buy it from http://www.nipandfab.com/
The Balm Meet Matt(e) Trimony Single Eyeshadow RRP £34 for palette. I don’t think this aubergine colour is really for me. It feels very autumnal. To be honest, it’ll probably be my favourite eyeshadow come September and I won’t be able to stop going on about it. For now however I don’t think I’ll be using it much. It is a nicely pigmented colour, don’t get me wrong. It’s just…I’m feeling all springy and summery at the moment. Hmm, yeah… Will see about it later in the year. You can buy it from https://thebalm.com/
Unani Illuminate Milk Cleanser RRP £14. This little (big) beauty is amazing. I looooooooove the smell of it and it cleanses well, leaving my face fresh and pampered. What more could you want? It’s also quite a big bottle so you get a generous amount of use out of it. I don’t know what else to say about it. Go get it from http://comprarcosmetica.es/
Vitamasques Manuka Honey Face Mask RRP £3.99. Ok, so that’s the one thing I haven’t tried from this box yet and that’s why I don’t really have much to say about it. I mean, the packaging looks VERY yummy and I can’t wait to have it on my face. It is made with extracts of manuka honey (duh) and apparently it’s got a triple layer sheet technology which ‘makes for unbeatable absorption’. If that’s what you’re looking for, go no further than http://vitamasques.com/
Spa To You Deep Pore Cleansing Facial Brush RRP £6.99. A facial brush is one thing that’s been missing from my skin care routine and it’s something I’ve been meaning to sort out for a while now but haven’t gotten round to yet. Which is why I was ever so pleased to receive this little guy in my box. Thank you Glossybox for having (a somewhat eerie) insight of the shortcomings of my skin care equipment. The brush isn’t too scratchy but I can definitely feel it working away when I use it so it’s not too soft either. Just right for me. You can get yours from http://www.shopspatoyou.com/
Overall, I’d give this box 4/5. Thank you Glossybox!
If you’ve tried any of these products, I’d love to hear how you got on with them, so let me know in the comments 🙂
How do I usually end my unboxing posts? I can’t remember anymore and everything just feels awkward. Oh well, I’ll just leave it here.
See you sooooon!
