Hellooooo! I thought you must all be quite sick of reading about me every single day, so I decided to mix things up a little and write about my February Lookfantastic Beauty Box. It’ll be first impressions/early days testing, but I’ll let you know if my opinion on any of the items changes as I use them more.
February Lookfantastic Beauty Box
February theme for this box is Beauty Rendezvous, aimed to prep your skin to a whole new level of gorgeousness.
Lookfantastic Beauty Box is a monthly subscription service with prices starting from £13 per month. For that you get 6 products delivered to your door every month plus a free copy of Elle magazine, Lookfantastic’s own beauty box magazine and from my personal experience I can say that it’s always worth the money.
TRIFLE COSMETICS, Sublime Lip Scrub in Sugar Pear (10ml). It’s really spooky how they always know which products I’m missing from my collection. I’ve been adding lip scrubs to my online shopping baskets for the past few weeks as my lips have been so chapped and I didn’t own a lip scrub. Well, now I do. And it’s amazing! It smells sooooooooooo good and it’s just scrubby enough whilst the cacao butter, sweet almond oil and pecan seed oil in it work their hydrating powers. Love it!
DR. PAWPAW, Original Multipurpose Clear Balm (10ml). After the scrubby-dub-bub with the previous product, I used this little beauty. I’ll be keeping it on me at all times from now on. It’s SO hydrating and softening. Another absolute win. (This can be used literally anywhere on your body that needs a bit of moisturising TLC) Love it!
FILORGA, Meso-Mask (15ml). That’s the only thing from this box that I haven’t tried out yet. It’s supposed to give your skin radiance and luminosity, fight fatigue and wrinkles and much more. Sounds like a winner, but I’ll let you know how I get on with it once I’ve used it. Not tried yet.
CAUDALIE, Vinosource SOS Thirst Quenching Serum (10ml). It diffuses water to restore moisture balance for soft and supple skin whilst giving you a radiant and dewy look. Very lightweight and sunk to my skin straight away, leaving it all satiny and, well, dewy. (I do like that word… dewy.) Really like it!
ELEMIS, Pro-Collagen Marine Cream (15ml). Another absolute gem. I used it on top of the previous product and loooooved it. It’s so silky and smells gorgeous. Plus it’s supposed to improve the appearance of dull skin and fine lines. Did I already mention how nice it smells? I mean… Yeah. Love it! Would buy.
BELLAPIERRE, Shimmer roll in Champagne (2g). I’ve recently gotten REALLY into Bellapierre products. They’re such great quality and always deliver what they promise. This little guy is no exception. Gorgeous but not overwhelming shimmer for use on face and body. Love it!
That’s it! Even though there was only one makeup item, I’m absolutely loving this box. It would literally get me ready for the day from start to finish. I mean, good skincare is the base of it all and many of these products are multipurpose so it’s easy to get creative and try out different things (shimmer as eyeshadow, pawpaw cream as dewy highlighter and lip balm, etc). I really love the versatility of it all and … yeah, thank you Lookfantastic team for putting together such a brilliant selection.

See you tomorrow!
